Speaking Influence: Culture, Politics & Business in a Connected World
The TAKminds 2025 Forum, held at The Phillips Collection Art Museum in Washington D.C. on April 11th, brought together thought leaders, innovators, and changemakers to explore Speaking Influence: Culture, Politics & Business in a Connected World.
The event tackled pressing questions at the intersection of geopolitics, business, and technology — examining how political shifts in the U.S. are reshaping international relations, sustainability policies, and entrepreneurship.
Discussions explored the growing skills gap in the age of AI, the critical role of cybersecurity in an increasingly digital world, and how emerging technologies are driving new business opportunities. Other sessions addressed the impact of policy shifts on energy, water, and food systems, and the evolving role of emotional intelligence in leadership and diplomacy.
Through dynamic panels, one-on-one conversations, and fireside chats, the forum offered timely perspectives on navigating new regulations, building influence, and shaping industries in a fast-changing world.
