The Power of Community: Creating Opportunities for Tomorrow’s Leaders.

This edition of TAKminds is all about the youth, sparking much needed conversations. TAKREEM AMERICA 2022 will raise funds to support Lebanese students studying in the USA who no longer have the means to pay their tuitions and living expenses due to the unprecedented economic crisis the country is going through. Since these future leaders are the ones that brought us together today, it is only logical to put them at the center of the conversation. What opportunities can we create for them? How can they benefit from the paths we have drawn for ourselves? It is true that this event is taking place far away from the MENA region. It is mostly attended by members of the diaspora. However, a diaspora is powerful when it comes together as a community. It can trigger change and shake things up. It can identify, invest, encourage, mentor, and fund. Most importantly, it can share experience, knowledge, resources, and know how.
