The Takreem America

Mentorship Program

Where Ambition Meets Legacy

About the Program

For decades, the Arab American community has produced extraordinary leaders who have built transformative companies, advanced groundbreaking science, shaped culture, and served the public good. Their achievements stand as testaments to excellence, resilience, and impact.

But with success comes responsibility. The question before us now is not simply how we celebrate these accomplishments, but how we ensure they become the foundation for the next generation.

“The Takreem America Mentorship Initiative answers that question. This bold new program bridges generations by connecting emerging talent with accomplished leaders across the United States.”

It transforms recognition into continuity, achievement into legacy, and ensures that the excellence we honor today is passed forward to shape tomorrow.

The Gap We Bridge

This moment — where emerging leaders need guidance and experienced leaders are ready to provide it — calls for intentional and enduring connection.

The Gap We Bridge

Today, young Arab Americans are ambitious, capable, and driven — enrolled in top universities, launching startups, entering medicine and law, pursuing careers in technology and the arts. Yet many navigate these critical moments without trusted guidance from those who have walked similar paths and can offer perspective born from lived experience.

The Gap We Bridge

At the same time, established leaders across our community are seeking meaningful ways to give back. They have built something significant, learned hard lessons, and earned wisdom that cannot be taught in classrooms. They want to invest in the next generation and ensure the path forward is clearer and more supported than the one they walked.

Intentional Connection

What We're Building

The Takreem America Mentorship Program is a curated initiative designed to extend Takreem’s mission beyond recognition and into year-round impact. Built on trust, stewardship, and shared values.

Purpose

We help young professionals discover what drives them and find meaning in their career journey.

Confidence

Build confidence through connections with mentors who have faced similar challenges and emerged stronger.

Direction

Chart a clear path forward informed by wisdom from those who have already walked it.

Target Audience

Young adults, university students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals of Arab origin based in the U.S. who demonstrate drive, leadership potential, and commitment to community impact.

Mentor Pool

Accomplished American professionals from Arab origins and Takreem affiliates across business, science, arts, public service, medicine, engineering, law, and education.

How It Works

This is not transactional networking. It is mentorship rooted in legacy.

Smart Matching

Based on interests, values, professional goals, and availability. Mentees submit preferences or explore a curated directory of founding mentors.

Flexible Formats

One-on-one virtual sessions (single conversation or 2-4 touchpoints), group mentoring webinars with 10-20 participants, and live mentoring at TAKminds Forums.

Seamless Platform

A white-labeled digital platform handles registrations, scheduling, and communication. A dedicated Mentorship Coordinator ensures quality connections.

Grounded in Trust

Every connection is designed to be substantive, confidential, and rooted in authentic exchange. We respect mentors’ time and meet mentees at moments of genuine need.

There is unique power in being mentored by someone who understands not just professional challenges, but the cultural context in which you navigate them—someone who has faced questions about identity, representation, and belonging, and emerged stronger for it.

Who This is For

For decades, the Arab American community has produced extraordinary leaders who have built transformative companies, advanced groundbreaking science, shaped culture, and served the public good. Their achievements stand as testaments to excellence, resilience, and impact.

But with success comes responsibility. The question before us now is not simply how we celebrate these accomplishments, but how we ensure they become the foundation for the next generation.

For Mentees

The undergraduate unsure of career paths. The recent graduate navigating the transition to the workforce. The early-career professional considering a major pivot. The aspiring entrepreneur seeking advice from someone who has built a business. Those who are ambitious and driven but recognize the journey is easier when walked with wisdom from those who have gone before.

For Mentors

The executive who remembers what it felt like to be unsure. The scientist encouraging the next generation of researchers. The entrepreneur who wishes someone had warned them about pitfalls. The artist ensuring emerging creatives know they belong. Those who have built something meaningful and want their legacy to extend beyond their own accomplishments.

For the Community

An investment in our collective future. Ensuring the Arab American community continues producing confident, capable leaders committed to impact. Strengthening bonds between generations and building a culture where excellence is not just celebrated but actively cultivated.
